Our Mission:

The mission of The Leon McQuay Help Me Get There Foundation, Inc. is to help at risk student-athletes qualify for college entrance through academic counseling and intervention, financial assistance, strength and conditioning and nutrition. We feel that with the help of our mentors and supporters we can enhance the chances of at risk student-athletes of becoming successful and prosperous citizens.

The Leon McQuay Help Me Get There Foundation, Inc. is a tax-exempt 501-3 (b) organization providing under privileged student-athletes with a complete sports and financial assistance program.  The foundation offers participants from middle school through high school positive team building and high level sports program experiences along with the opportunity of individual academic and athletic achievement.

The Leon McQuay Help Me Get There Foundation, Inc. is a premier provider of student-athlete training and seeks to make this experience available for all interested participants. This is done through a series of fund raising activities and a solid financial approach to managing those resources. The Leon McQuay Help Me Get There Foundation, Inc. services Central & South Florida with additional participation from the state of Florida and beyond. Efforts are in place to continue to improve the quality and reputation of the program. We have witnessed the success of these efforts through our numerous alumni who have gone on to have successful careers in as athletes and other career endeavors.

The Board of Directors, staff and volunteers continue to work toward providing a quality experience in the most effective and efficient manner possible with optimism for the future of this exceptional organization.
